Stanisław Moniuszko Philharmonic

The Stanisław Moniuszko Koszalin Philharmonic is one of the most interesting examples of contemporary musical architecture in Poland. The building's location significantly influenced the design, as the Philharmonic building sits in the middle of a historic park. The architects therefore decided to open the building to the surrounding nature, designing glass side walls that allow visitors to feel a direct connection with nature. The interior of the concert hall reflects its irregular shapes visible from the outside, the refractions of which are intended to enhance the acoustics. The choice of the RHEINZINK system was not accidental. The angled seam façade is a solution that is ideal for public buildings, even those with complex shapes.

The building houses a 518-seat concert hall with excellent acoustics and plays a key role in the cultural life of the region.
